The staff were so cute. They went out of their way to. Breakfast at the hotel had many options, and IT WAS everything I needed.
The room was way TOO hot. Although there IS a thermostat, you can't control the temperature.

The superior balcony room had a gorgeous view. It showed the streets and rooftops, i thought that was a nice touch. the bed was very comfy, and i found the bathroom to be very clean, too. i liked that the neighborhood felt both quiet and safe. I got good sleep, which can be hard for me. the staff assisted me well, i really appreciated that.
The frosted glass sliding door provided very little privacy. It wasn't ideal for a romantic break because it lacked soundproofing.

The hotel features a downstairs library, i saw memorabilia in the foyer. It really enhanced the atmosphere. a coffee machine and tea kettle were available in the room, which i greatly appreciated.

The staff was cute and available around the clock. They supported me greatly. the room was cleaned every day, i noticed fresh towels were given, even if i forgot to make the special request. there were no issues at any time.

i stayed in a superior balcony room. the writing on the shower glass was a great, artistic touch. a book was also available in the room for further reading. there was a tv that had multiple channels.

This accommodation is situated in a creative and artistic sector. the hotel is within walking distance of public transport routes. Made the hotel easy to access. supermarkets are also located nearby, which i liked. it's a good spot.

The room size proved quite restrictive. it was difficult to move around comfortably. the temperature control was also problematic. I struggled to lower the room temperature to a comfortable level, which impacted my sleep quality (it was consistently too warm).

the hotel location worked pretty well, especially its closeness to public transportation.
The room got too hot. The thermostat didn't seem to work. i complained daily at the reception, but nothing changed. sleeping with the door open wasn't ideal because of the street noise.

The hotel is in a decent location near public transport.
The room itself was quite disappointing, it had cleanliness issues. Housekeeping did not visit every day. our curtain actually fell down and no one repaired it. That was annoying.

the location is fantastic, especially for exploring the city by foot and metro. the staff greeted us warmly and were always available to assist with any questions. our room had a charming balcony. i found the hotel to be very clean and well kept.
The bathroom door didn't offer complete soundproofing. It's just a semi-frosted glass sliding door.

The location was convenient with easy access to public transport. I found supermarkets near the hotel very useful. The ground floor decoration was excellent and added to the hotel atmosphere. I was completely satisfied with the trained staff.
The thermostat seemed useless because the room temperature was regulated externally. I felt very cold during the night. The window let in a slight draft and made the room uncomfortable.
